A few things to know about your new workspace.
How much does DJBackstage cost?
DJBackstage is currently in beta: access is free during testing. Paid plans will be announced at least 30 days in advance. They include a free 30-day trial with no credit card, then €19 per month or €190 per year, with a founder price of €9.90 per month for the first 50 subscribers. Prices are in euros and include all taxes: VAT does not apply. You will be able to cancel at any time from your account.
How does DJBackstage save me time?
It brings together everything related to an event: the client, quote, contract, invoice, questionnaire, running order and bookings. Spend less time looking for documents or checking several tools, and see each stage of your trip in the calendar.
Can I buy tickets or book a hotel through DJBackstage?
DJBackstage helps you track bookings. Book with your carrier, hotel or travel agent, then add references, times, addresses and costs to the event. The application does not sell tickets or make bookings on your behalf.
Who is DJBackstage for?
Independent DJs, mobile DJs and event professionals who want to manage clients, prepare events and handle administration in one tool.
What can my clients see in their portal?
A dedicated portal where they can view their documents, complete preparation questionnaires and sign contracts online.
Does the calendar include hotels and travel?
Yes. Travel and accommodation bookings appear on their own dates, with the times, locations and details you enter. Stays span several days. Click a booking to see its details and open the linked event.
Can I charge my travel expenses to the client?
Yes. Mark expenses as billable and enter the amount, then transfer them to a draft quote for the event. Previously transferred expenses are identified to prevent duplicates.
How can I try the application?
The login page offers a demo account with sample data. Explore the screens, then create your own account to manage your business. The demo account is shared: do not enter real personal or business data.
Do I need to install any software?
No. DJBackstage runs in your browser with an internet connection. Access your workspace from your computer, tablet or phone.
