Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page: a link valid for one hour is sent to the account's email address. If you don't receive it (check your spam folder), write to us from that address: we will verify your identity before helping you.
After several incorrect sign-in attempts, access is blocked for 15 minutes for security reasons.
